  • You cannot cancel any of our paid service while it is in process and within the agreed timelines.
  • Due to unforeseen reasons if we or our partners were unable to deliver the requested paid service within the agreed timelines, we will provide you with the full refund.
  • You cannot request a refund if the slot has already been booked.
  • We provide a full refund if the mode of payment is via Mobile Payment Apps (GPay, PhonePe, etc).
  • We provide a full refund deducting only the transaction charges of 2-3% if the mode of payment is via Credit Cards.
  • We provide a full refund deducting only the transaction charges of INR 5 to 20 if the mode of payment is via Internet Banking.
